RIP Taylor Hawkins

About 11 years back, we took my sister to see Foo Fighters for her birthday. While walking around Memphis, we bumped into this fella who was nice enough to take a quick photo. We were able to catch the band a few more times over the years. Each show was amazing with the band putting every bit of their energy and passion into their playing. It was true authentic rock n roll. No bells and whistles. No backing tracks. No computer clicks mapping out the show. Just the realness and power of loud fucking music and good songs. Hell, Motörhead opened for them on this particular night. Thank you Taylor and the Foos for the music. We will be playing a few extra songs after our regular set at the next Love Story’s End show to pay tribute. Come hang and sing a couple familiar songs with us. - RIP Taylor Hawkins
